PeakRipe may review, qualify, summarize, or frame third-party information. PeakRipe does not guarantee that it is always current, complete, available, lawful, or error-free.
Users should confirm final details directly with the source before travelling, purchasing, booking, collecting, attending, or relying on time-sensitive information.
Enquiries
An enquiry, interest signal, contact request, or routed action shows possible interest.
Unless a specific flow says otherwise, it does not create a purchase, reservation, allocation, or right to fulfillment.

Buyers

Source duties
Sources agree to keep information reasonably current.
Sources are responsible for their own listings, profiles, claims, imagery, pricing, fulfillment terms, compliance, and real-world conduct.
Sources should respond responsibly when a user is routed to them through PeakRipe.
Review
PeakRipe may review, refuse, edit, de-prioritize, suspend, or remove content.
This may apply to listings, profiles, source pages, interest visibility, routed actions, or related materials.
PeakRipe may act where needed for accuracy, trust, safety, quality, legal compliance, or service integrity.
Rights
PeakRipe and its licensors retain rights in the site, brand, layout, original text, design, visual systems, and related materials.
Third-party content remains with its owner where clearly attributed or used with permission.
Users may use PeakRipe for ordinary personal or business evaluation and lawful enquiry.
Users may not copy, republish, systematically extract, re-host, reverse engineer, misrepresent, or exploit the service in a harmful or rights-infringing way.
Limits
PeakRipe aims to keep the service useful and current.
Pages, listings, profiles, routes, timing signals, availability signals, and opportunities may change, expire, or be withdrawn.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, PeakRipe disclaims warranties not expressly stated in these terms.
PeakRipe is not responsible for third-party acts, omissions, products, services, legality, fulfillment, or linked services.
PeakRipe will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or loss-of-profit damages arising from use of the service or reliance on third-party opportunities.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
